CYBERVORE, Inc. · Red Bank, NJ

Most security tools try to keep attackers out. We assume they'll get in — and we make what they take unreadable.

CYBERVORE builds data protection for the era of AI-driven data theft.

Our patented FRAGGLEstorm™ technology encrypts every file at the endpoint and splits it into fragments distributed across storage you already control — so a breach can yield nothing any person or AI-driven attack can read, sell, or ransom. FRAGGLEdrive™, our first product, is generally available (GA) today.

Our story

Built by people who spent their careers protecting other people's data.

CYBERVORE was founded on a conviction formed over decades inside the systems that can least afford to leak: Wall Street banking and trading firms, large multimedia networks and delivery services, the NYC subway's first software implementation, and the back-office infrastructure that moves regulated data every day.

Our CTO and co-founder, David Falkenberg, spent 30+ years in software engineering before inventing FRAGGLEstorm™ — a fundamentally different way to store and protect data files. While conventional encryption still leaves a file fully intact as a single file to be stolen, FRAGGLEstorm encrypts each file and breaks it into individually meaningless fragments, scattered across storage the customer already controls. A breach of any one location yields nothing anyone can reconstruct.

The company secured its core patent and began building in earnest in 2018. Today, FRAGGLEdrive™ — the first product built on the FRAGGLEstorm platform architecture — is generally available (GA), third-party tested, and in use, with a nationwide rollout underway.

What we make

One endpoint drive — and a fundamentally different way to store a file.

FRAGGLEdrive™ installs and behaves like an ordinary disk drive, so nothing changes about how your team works. Everything that makes it different happens transparently, in the background, on the endpoint.

01

Encrypt & fragment

Each file is encrypted with NIST AES-256 and split into individually meaningless fragments — no patterns, descriptions, or metadata to follow.

02

Distribute across your storage

Fragments are spread across one or multiple destinations you already control — on-premise, OneDrive, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, or any S3-compatible storage.

03

Reassemble on demand

Only authenticated users can retrieve and reassemble a file. Lose a device and access ends immediately.

TAG

A prominent New York cybersecurity analyst firm, TAG, led by Dr. Edward Amoroso (CEO and NYU research professor), installed and tested the product software and named CYBERVORE a 2025 Distinguished Vendor, characterizing its risk-reduction approach as effective, comprehensive, and tested for multi-layered data protection. Report available on this website.

“Most security products overwhelm the end-user, but Cybervore solves this elegantly with the Fraggledrive. By operating transparently as a standard virtual drive within the existing system environment, it delivers elite, zero-trust security without disrupting daily workflows. It’s exactly the kind of invisible, multi-layered data protection that high-risk organizations need to safeguard critical files from advanced adversaries.” — Dr. Edward Amoroso, CEO, TAG & Research Professor, NYU

“Cybercriminals have rewritten the rules, using AI to launch attacks that leave small and medium-sized enterprises facing massive data risks with limited resources. Fraggledrive changes that dynamic completely. It integrates directly with a company’s existing storage infrastructure – whether local hard drives or services like OneDrive, Azure, AWS, and Google Drive – eliminating the cost and headaches of procuring new storage. It’s a highly secure, incredibly cost-effective, and transparent approach to data defense that every growing business needs.” — Jack Poller, CEO, Senior Independent Cybersecurity Industry Analyst
